Diane Nemett, PT, DO (MP) is a licensed physical therapist with 35 years of clinical experience. She has a Doctorate in Osteopathic Manual Practice from the Canadian College of Osteopathy and certification in applied energy healing with Rosalyn Bruyere. Diane is currently Senior Physical Therapist at the Kennedy-Krieger Institute and lead therapist with the Cranial Cervical Clinic.
She has a wide range of clinical experience with individuals from infancy to adulthood, and specializes in neurodevelopmental therapy and in manual physical therapy based on an osteopathic approach.
Manual physical therapy improves alignment, mobility and energy and decreases pain by releasing restrictions in the body. This treatment incorporates such modalities as cranial-sacral, myofascial and visceral work; muscle energy techniques; strain/counterstrain, and gentle manipulation.
This is a holistic approach that appreciates the integration of body, mind and spirit and supports the body’s inherent wisdom and ability to heal itself. Diane sees clients in Annapolis.
